In this tutorial we will do a simple text effect , so let's start.
Create a new composition with : Width: 450px , Height: 125px, Background: Transparent.
Use paint bucket tool ( G ) and fill the composition : #0f4c6b color used by me .
Create a knocked text style 4J6wVQH
Use the Type tool and type anything : PixelImages ( #082d40 color ).
Create a knocked text style S2SAU6v
(Tip: Use a darker colour than background to look better )
After that you need only to enter in blending options and do the next settings .
Inner Glow:
Drop Shadow:

And the resulat in next : Create a knocked text style 0uvKuWs
Font used Bebas 72px size
